When will my order ship? How long is your production time?

Our production time is currently around 3 weeks. If you have an earlier need by date, we offer a few different rush options. Please send us a convo if you need your order rushed.

What are some things to watch out for before I place a personalized order? What are the traditional monogramming rules?

1) Your purchase will be personalized in the exact order and casing of letters you provide. I.e. "Bridesmaid" is different from "bridesmaid" or "BRIDESMAID", please check to see if the letters are in their desired cases.

2) Does your monogram adheres to the traditional monogram rules? (see below)

Monograms are traditionally placed in the order of first name initial, last name initial, and middle name initial. The last initial is typically made bigger.

For example, Allison Lee Weston would be AWL.

The product will be personalized in the EXACT order of letters that you provide. We will not switch the order of initials under any circumstances! *Once personalized, we are unable to make any further changes to the items.*

How do I rush my order?

Need something urgently? we offer rush production solutions tailored to fit your needs.

Kindly note that rush requests apply to order processing only, and does not affect shipping speed. Please send us a Convo if you also need 2-day or overnight shipping.

Can I get proofs? Can I see what the exact lettering looks like before I order?

To ensure quick processing and delivery of our orders, we do not offer any proof services.

I provided an old or incorrect shipping address during checkout. Is it too late to change it?

We understand that mistakes happen. If you just placed your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to update your shipping address.

If you order has been placed for a couple of days, it's possible that your item has been shipped. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If the item is returned to us for any reason, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges for re-shipment.

One of my bridesmaids dropped of my wedding party. Can I change the personalization of her item or remove an item from my order?

If you just placed your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to update your personalization details.

We always try to begin production immediately, so if it has been a couple of days since your order, it's likely that the order is in production and cannot be changed. Kindly note that we personalize following the exact information as specified in the original order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In case that we are able to remove an item from your order, please note that you may lose any discounts or promotions (such as bulk pricing or free shipping) applied to the original order.

What is the maximum length for embroidery?

Due to limited space, we recommend a maximum of one name/word per item. The longer the name, the smaller it will be. For multiple words/names, we may use our discretion to split it into multiple lines. Extra charges may apply for long embroideries.
